REPUBLIC ACT No. 6964             September 18, 1990
AN ACT CONVERTING THE HINULUGAN TAKTAK RECREATION AREA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANTIPOLO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, INTO A NATIONAL PARK TO BE KNOWN AS THE HINULUGAN TAKTAK NATIONAL PARK AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Hinulugan Taktak recreation area in the Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, as established, described and set aside in Presidential Proclamation No. 330 dated July 15, 1952, is hereby converted into a national park to be known as the Hinulugan Taktak National Park
Section 2. The Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources shall administer the park in coordination with the Department of Tourism and the provincial government of Rizal.
Section 3. The sum needed for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said national park is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
