[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6785, November 29, 1989 ]
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE TAGABEBE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TAGABEBE, MUNICIPALITY OF GOV. GENEROSO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, TO HADJI HAMIRI MUSA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Tagabebe Elementary School in Barangay Tagabebe, Municipality of Gov. Generoso, Province of Davao Oriental, shall hereafter be known as the Hadji Hamiri Musa Elementary School, in honor of its donor, the late Hadji Hamiri Musa.
Section 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby empowered and directed to issue rules and regulations to carry out the purpose of this Act.1a⍵⍴h!1
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
