[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6333, June 19, 1971 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING ARTIFICIAL BREEDING CENTERS IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SIASI, INDANAN, AND PARANG, PROVINCE OF SULU, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Bureau of Animal Industry, artificial breeding centers in the Municipalities of Siasi, Indanan and Parang, Province of Sulu, at a site to be selected by the Director of Animal Industry through donation, to be known as the Siasi, Indanan and Parang Artificial Breeding Center, respectively.1âшphi1
Section 2. The sum of two hundred ten thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of office-laboratory building, animal sheds, equipment, supplies and materials and such other expenses as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
