[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6300, June 19, 1971 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROJECT FOR ANIMAL INDUSTRY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF URBIZTONDO, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There is hereby established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a pilot project for animal industry in the Municipality of Urbiztondo, Province of Pangasinan.
Section 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said pile project during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.1âшphi1
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
