REPUBLIC ACT No. 6150
An Act Providing for Four Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal for the Province of Bukidnon, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Bukidnon is further amended to read as follows:
"Bukidnon, five assistant provincial fiscals;"
Section 2. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sum as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions provided for in this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Appropriations for the succeeding fiscal years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
