REPUBLIC ACT No. 6092
AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING SECTIONS FORTY-NINE, FIFTY AND FIFTY-TWO OF THE JUDICIARY ACT OF 1948, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING ADDITIONAL COURTS OF FIRST INSTANCE.
Section 1. Sections forty-nine, fifty and fifty-two of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred and ninety-six, as amended, known as the Judiciary Act of 1948, are hereby further amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 49. Judicial Districts. Judicial districts for Courts of First Instance in the Philippines are constituted as follows:
"The First Judicial District shall consist of the Province of Cagayan, Batanes, Isabela, and Nueva Vizcaya, and the Subprovince of Quirino;
"The Second Judicial District of Laoag City, the Provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, City of Baguio, Mountain Province, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga-Apayao, and La Union;
"The Third Judicial District of the Province of Pangasinan and Zambales, and the Cities of Dagupan, San Carlos and Olongapo;
"The Fourth Judicial District of the Provinces of Nueva Ecija and Tarlac, and the Cities of Cabanatuan and Palayan;
"The Fifth Judicial District of the Provinces of Pampanga, Bataan and Bulacan, and Angeles City;
"The Sixth Judicial District of the City of Manila;
"The Seventh Judicial District of the Province of Rizal, the Cities of Quezon, Pasay and Caloocan, the Province of Cavite, the Cities of Cavite, Tagaytay and Trece Martires, and the Province of Palawan;
"The Eight Judicial District of the Province of Laguna, the City of San Pablo, the Province of Batangas, the City of Lipa, and the Provinces of Oriental Mindoro and Occidental Mindoro;
"The Ninth Judicial District of the Province of Quezon, Lucena City, and the Subprovince of Aurora;
"The Tenth Judicial District of the Provinces of Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Naga City, Iriga City, the Provinces of Albay, Catanduanes, Sorsogon and Masbate, and Legazpi City;
"The Eleventh Judicial District of the Province of Capiz, Roxas City, the Provinces of Aklan, Romblon, Marinduque and Iloilo, the City of Iloilo, and the Province of Antique;
"The Twelfth Judicial District of the Province of Occidental Negros, the Cities of Bacolod, Silay, San Carlos, Bago, La Carlota and Cadiz, the Province of Oriental Negros, the Cities of Dumaguete, Bais and Canlaon, and the Subprovince of Siquijor;
"The Thirteenth Judicial District of the Provinces of Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Western Samar, the City of Calbayog, the Provinces of Leyte and Southern Leyte, and the Cities of Ormoc and Tacloban;
"The Fourteenth Judicial District of the Province of Cebu, the Cities of Cebu, Lapu-Lapu, Danao, and Toledo, the Province of Bohol, and Tagbilaran City;
"The Fifteenth Judicial District of the Provinces of Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Norte and Agusan del Sur and Butuan City, the Provinces of Oriental Misamis, and Camiguin, the Cities of Cagayan de Oro and Gingoog, the Provinces of Bukidnon, Lanao del Norte and Lanao del Sur, and the Cities of Iligan and Marawi:
"The Sixteenth Judicial District of the Provinces of Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental and Davao del Norte, the City of Davao, the Provinces of Cotabato, South Cotabato, the Cities of Cotabato and General Santos, the Province of Occidental Misamis, the Cities of Ozamis and Tangub, the Province of Zamboanga del Norte and the City of Dapitan and the Municipality of Dipolog and the Province of Zamboanga del Sur, the Cities of Zamboanga, Basilan and Pagadian, and the Province of Sulu.
"Sec. 50. Judges of the First Instance of Judicial Districts. Fourteen judges shall be commissioned for the First Judicial District. Five judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Cagayan and Batangas and shall be known as the judges of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth branches thereof, respectively, the judge of the second branch to preside also over the Court of First Instance of Batanes; five judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Isabela, and shall be known as the judges of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth branches thereof; and three judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Nueva Vizcaya to be known as judges of the first, second and third branches thereof; one judge for the Subprovince of Quirino.
"Twenty-seven judges shall be commissioned for the Second Judicial District. Six judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Norte and Laoag City, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth branches thereof; six judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Sur, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth branches thereof; two judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Abra, and shall be known as judges of the first and second branches thereof; four judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of the City of Baguio and the Province of Benguet to be known as the judges of the first, second, third and fourth branches thereof; four judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Mountain Province, Ifugao and Kalinga-Apayao to be known as judges of the first, second, third and fourth branches thereof; five judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of La union and shall be known as the Judges of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth branches thereof, respectively.
"Seventeen judges shall be commissioned for the Third Judicial District. Fourteen judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Pangasinan, and the Cities of Dagupan and San Carlos, and shall be known as the judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth branches thereof, respectively; three judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Zambales and Olongapo City, and shall be known as judges of the first, second and third branches thereof, respectively.
"Eleven judges shall be commissioned for the Fourth Judicial District. Seven judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Nueva Ecija and the Cities of Cabanatuan, and Palayan and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh branches thereof, respectively; and four judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Tarlac and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third and fourth branches thereof, respectively.
"Seventeen judges shall be commissioned for the Fifth Judicial District. Seven judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Pampanga and the City of Angeles and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh branches thereof, respectively; two judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Bataan; and eight judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Bulacan and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth branches thereof, respectively.
"Forty judges shall be commissioned for the Sixth Judicial District. They shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Manila and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth, twenty-first, twenty-second, twenty-third, twenty-fourth, twenty-fifth, twenty-sixth, twenty-seventh, twenty-eighth, twenty-ninth, thirtieth, thirty-first, thirty-second, thirty-third, thirty-fourth, thirty-fifth, thirty-sixth, thirty-seventh, thirty-eighth, thirty-ninth, and fortieth branches thereof, respectively.
"Forty-five judges shall be commissioned for the Seventh Judicial District. Thirty-six judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of the Province of Rizal, Quezon City, Pasay City, and Caloocan City and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth, twenty-first, twenty-second, twenty-third, twenty-fourth, twenty-fifth, twenty-sixth, twenty-seventh, twenty-eighth, twenty-ninth, thirtieth, thirty-first, thirty-second, thirty-third, thirty-fourth, thirty-fifth and thirty-sixth, branches thereof, respectively; five judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of the Province of Cavite, and the Cities of Cavite, Tagaytay and Trece Martires, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth branches thereof, respectively; and four judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Palawan.
"Seventeen judges shall be commissioned for the Eighth Judicial District. Six judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Laguna and the City of San Pablo, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth branches thereof, respectively; seven judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Batangas and the City of Lipa and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh branches thereof, respectively; two judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Mindoro Oriental and shall be known as judges of the first and second branches thereof, respectively; and two judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Mindoro Occidental and shall be known as judges of the first and second branches thereof, respectively.
"Eleven judges shall be commissioned for the Ninth Judicial District. Ten judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Quezon, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth branches thereof, respectively; one judge shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Aurora.
"Twenty-four judges shall be commissioned for the Tenth Judicial District. Seven judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Camarines Sur and the Cities of Naga and Iriga and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh branches thereof, respectively; three judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Camarines Norte and shall be known as judges of the first, second and third branches thereof, respectively; six judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Albay and Legazpi City and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth branches thereof; two judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Catanduanes and shall be known as judges of the first and second branches thereof; three judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of the Province of Sorsogon, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, and third branches thereof, respectively; and three judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Masbate, and shall be known as judges of the first, second and third branches thereof, respectively.
"Eighteen judges shall be commissioned for the Eleventh Judicial District. Four judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Capiz and Roxas City and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third and fourth branches thereof, respectively; one judge shall preside over the Court of First Instance of the Province of Romblon; one judge shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Marinduque; three judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Aklan; seven judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of the Province of Iloilo and the City of Iloilo and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh branches thereof, respectively; and two judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of the Province of Antique, and shall be known as judges of the first and second branches thereof, respectively.
"Fifteen judges shall be commissioned for the Twelfth Judicial District. Ten judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Occidental Negros and the Cities of Bacolod, Silay, San Carlos, La Carlota, Bago and Cadiz and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth branches thereof, respectively; and five judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Oriental Negros and the Cities of Dumaguete and Canlaon, and the Subprovince of Siquijor, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth branches thereof, respectively.
"Twenty-two judges shall be commissioned for the Thirteenth Judicial District. Ten judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Western Samar and Calbayog City, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth branches thereof, respectively; twelve judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Leyte, Southern Leyte and the Cities of Ormoc and Tacloban, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth branches thereof, respectively.
"Twenty-one judges shall be commissioned for the Fourteenth Judicial District. Seventeen judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of the Province of Cebu and the Cities of Cebu, Danao, Lapu-Lapu and Toledo, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eight, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth and seventeenth branches thereof, respectively; and four judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Bohol and Tagbilaran City.
"Twenty-two judges shall be commissioned for the Fifteenth Judicial District. Three judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Surigao del Norte, and shall be known as judges of the first, second and third branches thereof; two judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Surigao del Sur, and shall be known as judges of the first and second branches thereof; two judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Agusan del Norte and Butuan City and shall be known as judges of the first and second branches thereof, respectively; one judge shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Agusan del Sur; nine judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Oriental Misamis, Camiguin, Cagayan de Oro City, Gingoog City and Bukidnon and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth branches thereof, respectively; and five judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur and the Cities of Marawi and Iligan, and shall be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth branches thereof.
"Thirty-four judges shall be commissioned for the Sixteenth Judicial District. Ten judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of the Provinces of Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental and Davao del Norte, and Davao City to be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth branches thereof; six judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Cotabato and Cotabato City to be known as judges of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth branches thereof; two judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of South Cotabato and the City of General Santos and the Municipality of Koronadal, to be known as judges of the first and second branches thereof; three judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Occidental Misamis and the Cities of Ozamis and Tangub to be known as judges of the first, second and third branches thereof; four judges shall preside over the Courts of First Instance of Zamboanga del Norte and the City of Dapitan and the Municipality of Dipolog to be known as judges of the first, second, third and fourth branches thereof; three judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Zamboanga del Sur; two judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Zamboanga City; one judge shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Basilan City; and three judges shall preside over the Court of First Instance of Sulu, to be known as judges of the first, second and third branches thereof.
"Sec. 52. Permanent stations of District Judges. The permanent station of judges of the Sixth Judicial District shall be in the City of Manila.
"In other judicial districts, the permanent stations of the judges shall be as follows:
"For the First Judicial District, the judges of the first and fifth branches of the Courts of First Instance of Cagayan and Batanes shall be stationed in the Municipality of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan; the judge of the second branch, in the Municipality of Aparri, same province; the judge of the third branch, in the Municipality of Tuao, same province; and the judge of the fourth branch in the Municipality of Sanchez Mira, same province; one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela; one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Cabagan, same province; one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Cauayan, same province; the judge of the fourth branch shall be stationed in the Municipality of Roxas, same province; the judge of the fifth branch shall be stationed in the Municipality of Echague, same province; and three judges, in the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya.
"For the Second Judicial District, three judges shall be stationed in the City of Laoag, one judge to be stationed in the Municipality of Bangui, Province of Ilocos Norte; one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Batac, same province; one judge to be stationed in the Municipality of Dingras, same province; two judges in the Municipality of Vigan, Province of Ilocos Sur; one judge in the Municipality of Cabugao, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Tagudin, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Narvacan, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Candon, same province; three judges in the City of Baguio; one judge in the Municipality of La Trinidad, Province of Benguet; one judge in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province; one judge in the Municipality of Kiangan, Province of Ifugao; one judge in the Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga Apayao; one judge in the Municipality of Luna, same province; two judges in the Municipality of Bangued, Province of Abra; two judges in the Municipality of San Fernando, Province of La Union; one judge in the Municipality of Agoo, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Bauang, same province; and one judge in the Municipality of Balaoan, same province.
"For the Third Judicial District, two judges shall be stationed in the Municipality of Lingayen, Province of Pangasinan; two judges shall be stationed in the City of Dagupan; two judges in the Municipality of Urdaneta, Province of Pangasinan; one judge in the Municipality of Tayug, same province; three judges in the Municipality of Alaminos, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Sta. Barbara, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Mangaldan, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Umingan, same province; and another in the City of San Carlos; the judges of the first and third branches of the Courts of First Instance of Zambales and Olongapo City shall be stationed in Olongapo City, and the judge of the second branch, in the Municipality of Iba, Province of Zambales.
"For the Fourth Judicial District, four judges shall be stationed in the City of Cabanatuan; one judge in the Municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija; one judge in the Municipality of Gapan, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Santo Domingo, same province; Provided, That as soon as the court room is constructed in Barrio Baloc, Municipality of Santo Domingo, same province, the judge shall be stationed in the said barrio; and four judges in the Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.
"For the Fifth Judicial District, four judges shall be stationed in the Municipality of San Fernando, Province of Pampanga; one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Guagua, same province; one judge shall be stationed in the City of Angeles; and one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Macabebe, Province of Pampanga; two judges in the Municipality of Balanga, Province of Bataan; four judges in the Municipality of Malolos, Province of Bulacan; the judges of the third and eight branches, in the Municipality of Valenzuela, same province; and those of the fourth and fifth branches, in the Municipalities of Baliwag and Sta. Maria, same province, respectively.
"For the Seventh Judicial District, fifteen judges shall be stationed in the Municipality of Pasig, Province of Rizal; six judges shall be stationed in Pasay City; seven judges in Quezon City; six judges in Caloocan City; two judges in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal; one judge in the Municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan; two judges in the Municipality of Brooke's Point, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Coron, same province; three judges in the City of Cavite; one judge in the City of Trece Martires; and one judge in Tagaytay City.
"For the Eight Judicial District, one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna; one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Calamba, same province; three judges shall be stationed in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, same province; and one judge in the City of San Pablo; the judges of the first and second branches of the Courts of First Instance of Batangas and Lipa City shall be stationed in the Municipality of Batangas, Province of Batangas; that of the third branch in the Municipality of Lemery, same province; that of the fourth and fifth branches in the City of Lipa; that of the sixth branch, in the Municipality of Tanauan; and that of the seventh branch in the Municipality of Balayan, Province of Batangas; one judge in the Municipality of Calapan, Province of Mindoro Oriental; one judge in the Municipality of Pinamalayan, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Mamburao, Province of Mindoro Occidental; and one judge in the Municipality of San Jose, same province.
"For the Ninth Judicial District, six judges shall be stationed in the City of Lucena; two judges shall be stationed in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon; one judge each, in the Municipalities of Calauag and Mauban, Province of Quezon; one judge in the Municipality of Baler, Subprovince of Aurora.
"For the Tenth Judicial District, three judges shall be stationed in the City of Naga; one judge each shall be stationed in the Municipalities of Tigaon, Libmanan and Pili, Province of Camarines Sur, and one judge in the City of Iriga; one judge each, in the Municipalities of Daet, Labo and Capalonga, Province of Camarines Norte; four judges in the City of Legazpi, a fifth branch shall be stationed in the Municipality of Ligao and a sixth branch to be stationed in the Municipality of Tabaco, Province of Albay; two judges in the Municipality of Virac, Province of Catanduanes; two judges in the Municipality of Sorsogon and one judge for the Municipality of Gubat, Province of Sorsogon; two judges in the Municipality of Masbate, Province of Masbate; and one judge in the Municipality of Cataingan, same province.
"For the Eleventh Judicial District, three judges shall be stationed in Roxas City; one judge in the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz; one judge in the Municipality of Romblon, Province of Romblon; one judge in the Municipality of Boac, Province of Marinduque; two judges in the Municipality of Kalibo, Province of Aklan; one in the Municipality of Ibajay, same province; seven judges in the City of Iloilo; and two judges in the Municipality of San Jose de Buenavista, Province of Antique.
"For the Twelfth Judicial District, five judges shall be stationed in the City of Bacolod; one judge in the City of Silay; one judge in San Carlos City; one judge in the Municipality of Himamaylan, Province of Occidental Negros; and one judge in each of the municipalities of Victorias and Toboso, same province; and three judges in the City of Dumaguete; one judge in the Municipality of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental; and one judge in the Municipality of Bayawan, same province.
"For the Thirteenth Judicial District, one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Catbalogan, Province of Western Samar; one judge in the Municipality of Basey, same province; two judges in the Municipality of Laoang, Province of Northern Samar; one judge in the Municipality of Catarman, same province; one judge in the City of Calbayog; one judge in the Municipality of Guiuan, Province of Eastern Samar; one judge in the Municipality of Borongan, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Allen, Province of Northern Samar; one judge in the Municipality of Oras, Province of Eastern Samar; four judges shall be stationed in the City of Tacloban; one judge in the Municipality of Maasin, Province of Southern Leyte; one judge in the Municipality of San Juan, same province; one judge in the City of Ormoc, who shall hold court sessions in the Municipality of Palompon at least two months every year; one judge in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte; one judge in the Municipality of Baybay, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Barauen, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Villaba, same province; and one judge in the Municipality of Naval, Subprovince of Biliran.
"For the Fourteenth Judicial District, nine judges shall be stationed in the City of Cebu; one judge shall be stationed in Toledo City; one judge each shall be stationed in the Municipalities of Barili, San Francisco, Bantayan, Bogo and Argao, Province of Cebu, Lapu-Lapu City and Danao City; two judges in the City of Tagbilaran; one judge in the Municipality of Tubigon, Province of Bohol; and one judge in the Municipality of Talibon, same province.
"For the Fifteenth Judicial District, two judges shall be stationed in the Municipality of Surigao, Province of Surigao del Norte; one judge shall be stationed in the Island of Siargao, Municipality of Dapa, same province; one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Tandag, Province of Surigao del Sur; and one judge in the Municipality of Lianga, same province; four judges shall be stationed in the City of Cagayan de Oro; three judges in the Municipality of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon; and one judge in the Municipality of Medina, Province of Misamis Oriental; and one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Mambajao, Province of Camiguin subject to call for service by the Secretary of Justice at Cagayan de Oro City; one judge shall be stationed in the City of Marawi; one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Bayang, Province of Lanao del Sur one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Malabang, same province; one judge in the City of Iligan, one judge in the Municipality of Baroy, Province of Lanao del Norte; two judges in the City of Butuan; and one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Prosperidad, Province of Agusan del Sur.
"For the Sixteenth Judicial District, four judges shall be stationed in the City of Davao; two judges in the Municipality of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental; two judges in the Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur; two judges in the Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte; one judge in the Municipalities of Nabunturan and Samal, same province; one judge in the Municipality of Baganga, Province of Davao Oriental; two judges shall be stationed in the City of Cotabato; one judge each shall be stationed in the Municipalities of Pagalungan and Sultan sa Barongis, Province of Cotabato; one judge shall be stationed in the City of General Santos; and one judge shall be stationed in the Municipality of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato; two judges shall be stationed in the Municipality of Oroquieta, Province of Occidental Misamis; one judge shall be stationed in Ozamis City; three judges in the Municipality of Dipolog, Province of Zamboanga del Norte; one judge in the Municipality of Sindangan, same province; three judges in the City of Pagadian; two judges in the City of Zamboanga; one judge in the City of Basilan; and one judge in the Municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu; one judge in the Municipality of Balimbing, same province; and one judge in the Municipality of Siasi, same province."
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
