[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5898, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A COCONUT BREEDING STATION AND NURSERY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OK FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Philippine Coconut Administration a coconut breeding station and nursery in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao del Norte, to be known as Pantukan Coconut Breeding Station and Nursery.
Section 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said coconut breeding station and nursery. Thereafter, the necessary funds needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.1âшphi1
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
