[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5835, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CHEST CLINIC IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS MATI CHEST CLINIC AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Secretary of Health, a chest clinic in the Municipality of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental.
Section 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said clinic during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1a⍵⍴h!1
