[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5829, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE CERAMIC PLANT IN BARRIO BINALAYAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MARIPIPI, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, FROM THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TO THE MARIPIPI NATIONAL CERAMICS SCHOOL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The ceramics plant in Barrio Binalayan, Municipality of Maripipi, Province of Leyte, under the National Institute of Science of Technology, is hereby transferred to Maripipi National Ceramics School.1âшphi1
Section 2. All existing buildings, equipment, materials, supplies, papers and other property of the ceramic plant including its personnel and appropriations are likewise transferred to Maripipi National Ceramics School. In subsequently years, the appropriation for the said ceramics plant shall be included as a separate item in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
