[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5825, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A POST OFFICE AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ISIDRO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There is hereby established a post office and telecommunications office in the Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Davao Oriental, under the direct supervision of the Postmaster General and the Director of Telecommunications, respectively.
Section 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds, in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said offices. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for their operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1a⍵⍴h!1
