AN ACT DECLARING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, AS AGRICULTURAL AND ALIENABLE LANDS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Lot 1-A parcel of land (foreshore) bounded on the North by a provincial road to the wharf, on the East and South by Davao Gulf, on the West by Lot 2. Beginning from a point marked "1" on the plan which is S. 6 deg. 45 min. E., 996.98 m. from BBM No. 15 of Tagum Cad. 276; thence S. 62 deg. 47 min. E., 68.00 m. to point 2; thence S. 52 deg. 28 min.
