[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5669, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE PHILIPPINE POULTRY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL OF SECONDARY AND COLLEGIATE LEVELS, AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Philippine Poultry School in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Bulacan, is hereby converted into a national agricultural school to be known as Sta. Maria Agricultural School. Said school shall be under the supervision of the Bureau of Vocational Schools and is hereby authorized to offer in its school curricula vocational, agricultural, and academic courses of. secondary as well as collegiate levels effective upon availability of funds.
Section 2. The sum of four hundred thousand pesos in addition to what is now provided is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said Sta. Maria Agricultural School during the school year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter such sums as may be needed for the same purpose shall be included in the annual Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1a⍵⍴h!1
