[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5531, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUPON, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS LUPON VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There is hereby established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education a vocational high school in the Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental, to be known as Lupon Vocational High School.
Section 2. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the school year commencing in nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its maintenance and operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1a⍵⍴h!1
