REPUBLIC ACT No. 5358

An Act Creating Two Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal for the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, is further amended to read as follows:

"Nueva Vizcaya, five assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
