REPUBLIC ACT No. 5063
An Act Authorizing an Appropriation of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos for the Establishment, Operation and Maintenance of a School for Philippine Craftsmen in the Municipality of Bobon, Province of Samar
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a school for Philippine craftsmen in the Municipality of Bobon, Province of Samar, under the supervision and administration of the Home Industries Division of the Bureau of Vocational Education.
Section 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to determine the location of this school and organize the curricular instruction in said school for Philippine craftsmen.
Section 3. The appropriated amount in this Act shall be included in the subsequent annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
