REPUBLIC ACT No. 4950 An Act Establishing a Community Hospital in the Municipality of Mawab, Province of Davao, to be Known as Mawab Community Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled: Section 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a community hospital in the Municipality of Mawab, Province of Davao, to be known as Mawab Community Hospital. Section 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
