REPUBLIC ACT No. 4429
An Act to Establish a Vocational School in the Municipality of Pinukpuk, Mountain Province, to be Known as Pinukpuk Vocational School, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a vocational school in the Municipality of Pinukpuk, Mountain Province, to be known as Pinukpuk Vocational School.
Section 2. Upon the recommendation of the Director of Vocational Education, the President of the Philippines shall set aside and reserve such portion of the public lands located within the Municipality of Pinukpuk, Mountain Province, as may be necessary and convenient for the establishment of the school site.
Section 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year.1âшphi1 Thereafter, the necessary sums for said purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
