REPUBLIC ACT No. 4252

AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE, CHAPTER FOURTEEN OF THE CODE OF MINDANAO AND SULU

Section 1. Section one hundred forty-five, Chapter Fourteen, of the Code of Mindanao and Sulu is hereby repealed.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
