AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AIRPORTS AND AIR NAVIGATION FACILITIES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as maybe necessary, are appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the purposes mentioned hereunder.
a. For the operation, maintenance and repair of airports, buildings and outside installations therein, including the purchase of necessary materials and supplies.

Section 2. The itemization of appropriation herein mentioned may be transferred by the Administrator of the Civil Aeronautics Administration upon approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications from one airport to another in an amount not exceeding twenty per cent thereof.
