REPUBLIC ACT No. 3952

An Act Approving the Sale, Transfer, and Assignment by the Plywood Industries, Inc. Grantee of the Franchise Granted Under Republic Act Numbered Twenty Hundred and Twenty-Eight, Entitled "An Act Granting the Plywood Industries, Inc. a Franchise to Construct, Maintain and Operate Point-to-Point Radio Stations in the Philippines," to the Mindanao Plywood Corporation

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Subject to the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Twenty hundred and twenty-eight, the sale, transfer and assignment by the Plywood Industries, Inc., original grantee of the franchise granted under the said Act, entitled "An Act granting the Plywood Industries, Inc., a franchise to construct, maintain and operate point-to-point radio stations in the Philippines," to the Mindanao Plywood Corporation, is hereby approved.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.(awÞhi(
