REPUBLIC ACT No. 3678
An Act Providing for the Establishment of a School of Arts and Trades in the Municipality of Claveria, Province of Cagayan, to be Known as the Claveria School of Arts and Trades, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a school of arts and trades in the Municipality of Claveria, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Claveria School of Arts and Trades.1âшphi1
Section 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
