REPUBLIC ACT No. 3478 An Act Appropriating the Sum of Ten Million Pesos as Aid to Provinces in the Maintenance of Provincial High Schools Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled: Section 1. The sum of ten million pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as aid to provinces in the maintenance of provincial high schools in the capital and other high schools in the municipalities for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-three.1âшphi1 Thereafter, the necessary funds needed for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.1âшphi1 Section 2. The sum herein appropriated shall be allocated to the above-mentioned schools by the Secretary of Education in proportion to the enrollment therein. Section 3.
