REPUBLIC ACT No. 3267
An Act Converting the Maripipi High School in the Municipality of Maripipi, Province of Leyte, into a National Ceramics School to be Known as the Maripipi National Ceramics School, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The Maripipi High School in the Municipality of Maripipi, Province of Leyte, is hereby converted into a national ceramics school to be known as the Maripipi National Ceramics School. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.1avvphi1
Section 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Such funds as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
