REPUBLIC ACT No. 3059

An Act Appropriating the Sum of Thirty Thousand Pesos for the Upkeep and Maintenance of the Claro M. Recto Library and Museum in His Residence at Leveriza Street in Pasay City

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sum of thirty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be used by the "Claro M. Recto Memorial Foundation, Inc." for the upkeep and maintenance of the "Recto Library and Museum" for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, the necessary sum for its upkeep and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
