REPUBLIC ACT No. 2868
An Act Creating Barrios in Certain Municipalities of the Province of Davao
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The place known as Ceboza is separated from the poblacion of the Municipality of Matanao, Province of Davao, and is constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Ceboza.
Section 2. The sitio of Sta. Cruz in the Municipality of Asuncion, same province, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Sta. Cruz.
Section 3. The sitio of Cacao in the Municipality of Panabo, same province, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Cacao.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
