REPUBLIC ACT No. 1679
An Act to Further Amend Section Twenty of the Charter of the City of Davao
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Section twenty of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-one, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Davao, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Thirteen hundred sixty-eight, is further amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 20. The Assistant City Attorneys. -The city attorney shall have five assistants who shall each receive a compensation as follows: the first assistant, three thousand nine hundred sixty pesos; the second assistant, three thousand seven hundred twenty pesos; the third assistant, three thousand four hundred eighty pesos; the fourth assistant, three thousand three hundred pesos; and the fifth assistant, three thousand one hundred twenty pesos."
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
