REPUBLIC ACT No. 1251
An Act Amending Sub-Items (g), (i) and (j) of Item 37, Subsection (e), Title B, and Item 55, Group I, Subsection (a), Title G, of Section 1, Republic Act Numbered Nine Hundred and Twenty, Entitled "An Act Appropriating Funds for Public Works"
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Sub-items (g), (i) and (j) of Item 37, Subsection (e), Title B of section one, Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty, are hereby amended to read as follows:
| "(g) For construction and/or repairs of Barrio Cansayang Elementary School, San Juan |

| "(i) Purchase of municipal building site and construction of municipal building, Siaton |

| "(j) Repair of the Palimpinon-Caidyocan Road, Valencia |
5,000.00" |
Section 2. Item 55, Group I, subsection (a), Title G of section one, Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty, is hereby amended to read as follows:
| "55. Liloan feeder road, Maria, Negros Oriental |
₱15,000.00" |
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
