REPUBLIC ACT No. 986

An Act to Change the Name of Pagsanjan Elementary School in Pagsanjan, Province of Laguna, to Francisco Benitez Memorial School

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. In recognition of the educational contribution and eminent services rendered to the country by the late Francisco Benitez, the name of Pagsanjan Elementary School in Pagsanjan, Province of Laguna, is hereby changed to Francisco Benitez Memorial Elementary School.1âшphi1

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
