REPUBLIC ACT No. 129

An Act to Amend Section Fifteen of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five Hundred and Twenty Authorizing the City of San Pablo to Establish and Maintain a Telephone System

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Section fifteen of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred and twenty is amended by inserting between paragraphs (mm) and (nn) thereof the following paragraph:

"(mm-1).

To provide for the establishment and maintenance of a telephone system, and, subject to the provisions of the Public Service Law, to fix the charges for the use of said service."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
