[ Commonwealth Act No. 590, August 19, 1940 ]
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES TO SELL OR EXCHANGE CERTAIN GOVERNMENT PROPERTIES.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
Section 1. The President of the Philippines is authorized to sell or exchange in the manner and upon such terms and conditions are he may deem most advatageous to the Government the following government properties, situated in the City of Manila, denominated as Lots Nos. 3, 62-A, 82-C-1, 83 and 84 and respectively more particularly identified as follows:
Lot No. 3, Block No. 560. Covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 48420 and containing an area of twelve thousand six hundred sixteen square meters and ten square decimeters (12,616,10), more or less;
Lot No. 62-A, Block No. 573. - City of Manila (no title). Containing an area of three thousand four hundred eighty-six square meters and eighty-eight square decimeters (3,486.88), more or less;
Lot No. 82-C-1, Block No. 573. - Covered by transfer Certificate of Title No. 33432 and Containing an area of five hundred fifty-two square meters (552), more or less;
Lot No. 83, Block No. 573. - City of Manila (no title) Containing an area of one thousand eight hundred forty-two square meters and fifty square decimeters (1,842.50), more or less; and
Lot No. 84, Block No. 573. - Covered by transfer Certificate of title No. 50208, and containing an area of fifteen thousand three hundred forty-three square meters and forty square decimeters (15,343.40), more or less.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.ℒαwρhi৷
