AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-NINE.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

Section 1. Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirty-nine, entitled "An Act to prohibit the sale, gift or other disposal of any intoxicating liquor, other than the so-called native wines and liquors, to any member of a non-Christian tribe within the meaning of Act Numbered Thirteen and ninety-seven, and to prohibit the use of such liquor by any member of such tribe.ℒαwρhi৷" is repealed.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.

Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1939.
