AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED FORTY, AS AMENDED BY COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
