AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED FORTY, AS AMENDED BY COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

Section 1. The following items under section one, paragraph A, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty, as amended, are further amended so as to read as follows:

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
