AN ACT REVERTING TO THE UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND IN THE PHILIPPINE TREASURY ALL AMOUNTS COLLECTED BY THE BOHOL AND CAGAYAN FILIPINO COLONIES ESTABLISHED UNDER ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FOUR.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
Section 1. Any provisions of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding, all amounts collected from time to time by the Bohol and Cagayan Filipino Colonies established under Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and fifty-four shall revert to the unappropriated general fund in the Philippine Treasury, and shall not be made available for expenditure except by subsequent legislative enactment.ℒαwρhi৷
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
