AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY PESOS OUT OF ANY FUNDS IN THE PHILIPPINE TREASURY NOT OTHERWISE APPROPRIATED FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, AND THE CONVERSION INTO A SECOND CLASS WEATHER STATION OF THE PRESENT WEATHER STATION IN BORONGAN, SAMAR.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
Section 1. For the purpose of converting the weather station located in Borongan, Samar, into a second-class weather station, the sum of three thousand two hundred and seventy pesos, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated to be apportioned as follows:
One year salary for a second-class observer P720.00
For equipment and supplies of a second-class weather station………………. 2,550.00
Section 2. The expenses for salary of the observer and maintenance of this station, aside from what is herein provided, shall be regularly included in the annual appropriations for the Weather Bureau.ℒαwρhi৷
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
