An Act Naming the National Road Starting from the Junction in Carmen, Rosales, Pangasinan and Ending at the Junction of the Macarthur Highway in Binmaley, Pangasinan, the Speaker Eugenio Perez National Road

Section 1. The National road from Barangay Carmen, Municipality of Rosales to the Municipality of Binmaley, both in the Province of Pangasinan traversing the municipalities of Sto. Tomas, Alcala, Bautista, Bayambang, Malasiqui, Binmaley and San Carlos City is hereby named the Speaker Eugenio Perez National Road.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
