Section 1. The name of the Sta. Lucia Elementary School in Barangay Kabayanan, Municipality of San Juan, Metropolitan Manila, is hereby changed to Mababang Paaralan ng Kabayanan.1âwphi1
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
