AN ACT TO AMEND PARAGRAPH (F), SUBSECTION B OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED FORTY-ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY, KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines
in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Paragraph (f), subsection B of section one of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty, known as the Public Works Act of nineteen hundred and thirty-five, is hereby amended so that item six, under the caption Negros Occidental, should read as follows:

"6. For the construction of the Pontevedra-Antipolo-La Castellana road ............ P9,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1aшphi1
