AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN HEADINGS OF TITLE FOUR, BOOK ONE, OF THE REVISED PENAL CODE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. In the headings of Title Four of Book One of the Revised Penal Code, strike out the words "and of civil liability resulting from crime"; strike out also the words "Chapter One-Extinction of criminal liability"; and amend the words "Section One" and "Section Two" to read, respectively, "Chapter One" and "Chapter Two."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.1aшphi1
