AN ACT AMENDING SECTION FORTY-FIVE OF ACT NUMBERED FOUR THOUSAND AND SEVEN OF THE PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Section forty-five of Act Numbered Four thousand and seven of the Philippine Legislature is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 45. This Act shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-three: Provided, That the Governor-General is hereby authorized to postpone the effectivity of the provisions contained in the second and third paragraphs of section twelve not later than June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirty-four."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1aшphi1
