AN ACT MAKING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-SIX AND TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED BY ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR, APPLICABLE TO SANITARY DIVISION NURSES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. The provisions of sections two hundred and seventy-six and two hundred and eighty-four of the Revised Administrative Code, relative to persons entitled to accrued leave and vacation leave in addition to accrued leave, respectively, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and seventy-four, are hereby made applicable to nurses of sanitary divisions who have duly qualified by examination and have been appointed in accordance with the Civil Service Law.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.1aшphi1
