[ Act No. 3946, December 01, 1932 ]

AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION (E) OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-NINE HUNDRED AND TWELVE, ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and twelve, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended by making item forty on page thirteen, under the heading "Cebu", read as follows:

"40. For the Tubod Elementary School, Badian ................ P2,000.00."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.1aшphi1
