AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION (E) OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same;

Section 1. Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and thirteen, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended to make item three, on page twenty-seven, under the heading "Rizal", read as follows:

"For the Mariquina Elementary School..... P1,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.1aшphi1
