[ Act No. 3726, November 21, 1930 ]

AN ACT TO APPROVE AND GRANT THE RETIREMENT REQUESTED BY THE LATE JUDGES VICENTE JOCSON AND ANDRES BORROMEO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. The retirement application made on May eighteenth, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, by the late Judge Vicente Jocson, who rendered continuous, faithful, and satisfactory service for over eighteen years (April 18, 1904, to April 5, 1923), and that made on June fourteenth, nineteen hundred and nineteen, by the late Judge Andres Borromeo, who rendered continuous, faithful, and satisfactory service for over sixteen years (May 11, 1906, to January 3, 1923), in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Twenty-five hundred and eighty-nine, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and sixty, are hereby approved and granted, and for the purposes of this Act, said applications shall be considered as having been filed, approved, and granted prior to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight, and while said Judges were still in the service. The pension of Judge Jocson shall be paid to his widow and that of Judge Borromeo to his estate.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.1aшphi1
