[ Act No. 3719, November 21, 1930 ]
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION ONE, PARAGRAPH (MM), OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY-ONE, AND TO EXTEND THE REVERSION OF UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF FUND APPROPRIATED THEREIN UP TO DECEMBER THIRTY-FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
Section 1. Section one, paragraph (mm), of Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and forty-one is hereby amended to read as follows:
"1. SPECIAL PROJECTS
| (mm) For the construction and completion of the Manila post-office building, equipment, dock and grounds, P2,500,000: Provided, That only the sum of P500,000 shall be available for disbursement during the year 1927: And provided, further, That the funds appropriated for the project may only be expended with the approval of the Governor-General after the Secretary of Finance has certified that funds are available for the same |

Section 2. The unexpended balance of appropriation under paragraph (mm), section one of Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and forty-one as above amended, is hereby made available for expenditure up to December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and thirty-one, any provision of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding.1aшphi1
Section 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
