AN ACT TO AMEND ITEM SIXTEEN, PARAGRAPH (S), OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-SIX HUNDRED AND SEVENTY, KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Item sixteen, paragraph (s), of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and seventy, known as the Public Works Act, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"16. For the maintenance and continuation of the Port of Calbayog, Samar P60,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.1aшphi1
