AN ACT TO REAPPROPRIATE THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS APPROPRIATED UNDER ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND SIXTY, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PORT NEAR SAN ILDEFONSO, PORT OF VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
Section 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos appropriated for the construction of a port near San Ildefonso, port of Vigan, Ilocos Sur, under section one, subsection (2), item five, of Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and sixty, is hereby reappropriated for the said project and shall be expended for further study and subsequent construction in the discretion of the Secretary of Commerce and Communications in accordance with the development plan prepared by the Director of Public Works: Provided, That this appropriation or that part thereof that may not have been expended shall immediately revert to the Insular Treasury upon a certification by the Director of Public Works that it is inadvisable to locate a port in the place designated in this law.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1aшphi1
