AN ACT GRANTING A REWARD IN THE SUM OF NOT MORE THAN ONE THOUSAND PESOS TO ELPIDIO FERNANDEZ, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
Section 1. The municipal council of Isabela, Occidental Negros, is hereby authorized to appropriate the sum of not more than one thousand pesos out of the municipal funds to be given as a reward to Elpidio Fernandez in recognition of the heroic services he rendered to the people of Occidental Negros on the occasion of an encounter between the "pulahanes" and the police force of the municipality of Isabela, Occidental Negros.1aшphi1
Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
