[ Act No. 3445, November 30, 1928 ]

AN ACT GRANTING A REWARD IN THE SUM OF NOT MORE THAN FIVE HUNDRED PESOS TO ANDREA ARCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. The municipal council of Isabela, Occidental Negros, is hereby authorized to appropriate the sum of not more than five hundred pesos out of the municipal funds to be given as a reward to Andrea Arce in recognition of the heroism and valor which she displayed during the encounter between the "pulahanes" and the police force of Isabela, Occidental Negros.1aшphi1

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
