AN ACT TO APPROVE AND CONFIRM THE RETIREMENT GRANTED TO THE LATE JUDGE ADOLPH WISLIZENUS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
Section 1. The retirement granted on recommendation of the Director of Civil Service and Secretary of Justice on November seventeenth, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, to the late Judge Adolph Wislizenus of the Twentieth Judicial District, who rendered continuous, faithful, and satisfactory service during more than twenty-four years (October 7, 1902, to November 12, 1926), is hereby approved and confirmed, and the action taken by the Governor-General on the application for said retirement shall be as effective as if said application had been filed after December fourth, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, and as if the same had been acted upon favorably prior to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Twenty-five hundred and eighty-nine, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and four.ℒαwρhi৷
Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
