AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING FOR THE SAME PURPOSE THE BALANCE REMAINING UNEXPENDED ON JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SIX, OF THE SUM APPROPRIATED IN SECTION ONE, SUBSECTION (X), ITEM FIVE, OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN, AS AMENDED BY SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SIX

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. The balance remaining unexpended on June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, of the sum of thirty thousand pesos appropriated by section one, subsection (x), item five, of Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and thirteen, known as the Public Works Act of nineteen hundred and twenty-five, as amended by section one of Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and fifty-six, for the maintenance and improvement of the port works and wharf of Capiz, Province of Capiz, is hereby reappropriated for the same purpose.ℒαwρhi৷

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
